As soon as WaterJobs receives a vacancy from one of our members, it will be forwarded to all registered job seekers. Various members of the WaterCampus partners Water Alliance, Wetsus, CEW and CIV are interested in certain profiles. WaterJobs offers them the possibility of viewing profiles on a protected webpage. It is up to you to decide if you want your resume to be visible to our members. You can upload your resume on this page and complete the form.

Your anonymized profile will be compiled on the basis of this form. The fields which will be visible in the profile are indicated in the form. The fewer company names you use in the fields, the more anonymous your profile is.

If you choose to keep your resume completely private, we will only add you to our database for job seekers and we will keep you informed about new vacancies we have on our WaterJobs website. We can still help you by sending your anonymous profile to a number of our members who are interested in certain profiles. Your last employer is excluded here.

This privacy statement is intended to inform job seekers about the way WaterJobs collects and processes job seeker data. This privacy statement applies to the WaterJobs digital platforms and webpages. WaterJobs follows the applicable laws and regulations when collecting and processing personal data of job seekers. This privacy statement can always be adapted to recent developments.

Why does WaterJobs process personal data?
The data and documents provided by the job seeker, are processed by WaterCampus partner Water Alliance to determine whether the job seeker is eligible for the WaterJobs database. The data will also be processed for passing on information to the job seeker about available vacancies and other potentially relevant information around this platform. After registering the job seeker to this database, the candidate will receive an email explaining the procedure and asking for permission for certain activities, such as sharing resumes with companies. This CV is sent to companies anonymously.

The personal data of the applicant is initially collected from the CV obtained, and the information that is passed on via the upload form on the web page. Personal data can also be collected through personal and / or telephone contact or further written information of the job seeker.

What data will be stored?
WaterJobs processes the personal data that is relevant to the database and to any suitable company. This concerns the information provided by the job seekers through the registration. The data that is processed, are the name and address data and other contact details. Also relevant are the education, courses, internships and employment history of the candidate. These will not be shared with other companies without permission.

For how long does WaterJobs keep data?
WaterJobs stores the data of the job seekers for the period of one year. WaterJobs will contact the job seeker before the end of the year whether the job seeker wants to extend his registration. A job seeker can withdraw his consent at any time. For this, a message must be sent to
